Senior Management Team

David Harrison
Managing Director
David has worked within the care sector for more than a decade. His experience within social care includes driving change and improvement programmes. As managing director of Nuliving’s parent group, Helping Hands Community Care, David has transformed the business. His finance skills have proven invaluable in a challenging environment. However, it’s more his collaborative approach to engage, motivate, and encourage others that have helped launch and develop Nuliving Homecare.

Deb Elliot
Quality Manager and Clinical Adviser
A registered nurse, with more than 40 years’ experience, Deb has worked in both social care and the NHS. She qualified in 1981 at Hexham General Hospital and spent most of her working life working in primary care. She joined the organisation in July 2015 in the role of Clinical Lead responsible for exercising professional leadership and direction for all carers and staff.

Alison Dickson
Branch Manager
Has dedicated her life to the care profession since leaving school aged 16. She began working for Helping Hands Community Care as a care worker in 1995, working her way to Team Manager for the Cramlington area, progressing to Branch Manager in 2017. She has an Advanced Diploma in the Moving & Handling of People. At Nuliving she is responsible for ensuring the delivery of care service meets the standards set out by the CQC, being well led, safe, effective, responsive and overall caring. She strives to make ongoing continuous improvements to the service we provide through recruitment, training, effective team work, quality assurance and monitoring.

Caroline Ellis
Team Manager
Caroline began her career in care eight years ago when she joined the former Easby Care organisation as a care worker before progressing on to become a care coordinator. As team manager for Nuliving Homecare, Caroline has enhanced her skills in person centred care planning and staff support.

Stacey McIntosh
Team Manager
Stacey began her care career over a decade ago when she worked as a health care assistant across several NHS community services including mental health, midwifery and district nursing. Stacey joined Easby Care nine years ago as a care worker before progressing to team leader. Stacey is dedicated to developing her career and enhancing her knowledge and skills to assist Nuliving Homecare with the delivery of a quality service.
